1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SimplyTajweed ST+ membership, provided by SimplyTajweed Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to ST+, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

ST+ is available to individuals who are:

  • Currently learning with SimplyTajweed in our primary course, or
  • Former graduates of SimplyTajweed.

Individuals under 18 may subscribe with parent or guardian consent. The instructor will be an adult (18 or over).

 

3. Membership Pricing

A. Standard Pricing (£29.99/month)

Available to eligible ST+ users who did not join during a discount window.

 

B. SimplyTajweed Course Member Rate (£24.99/month)

Available to current or former SimplyTajweed learners who sign up during the official discount timeframe using the valid voucher provided. This rate remains permanent as long as the subscription is continuous; if it lapses, future subscriptions revert to £29.99.

 

C. University Student Discount (£20/month → £24.99/month)

Available to current university students with valid student ID who sign up during the specified discount timeframe using the issued voucher. £20 applies only while university status is valid. After graduation or ID expiry, the price becomes £24.99/month permanent, provided the subscription remains continuous. If it lapses, future subscriptions revert to £29.99.

 

D. Discount Conditions

Discounted rates apply only to subscriptions kept active without interruption. If cancelled or allowed to lapse, discounted rates cannot be reinstated.

 

4. Billing & Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe and renew automatically each month. You are responsible for cancelling your membership via email or the website system. We do not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

 

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable once charged. You must cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date. Late cancellation results in the next payment being processed, with cancellation effective the following month.

 

6. What ST+ Includes

  • One 45-minute live Qur’an recitation class per week.
  • Classes led by a SimplyTajweed-qualified instructor (adult 18+).
  • Maximum 6 students per class.
  • Gender-specific classes (female instructors for female classes; male instructors for male classes).
  • Guaranteed weekly sessions.
  • Fixed class schedule.
  • Full access to the SimplyTajweed online course prerecorded lessons for the duration of membership.

7. Missed Lessons

If we cancel a class (e.g., instructor absence), a make-up session will be arranged. If you miss a class, no make-up, recording, or alternative session is provided, and no fee adjustments are made.

 

8. Conduct & Restrictions

You must not:

  • Record lessons without explicit instructor permission
  • Share login details
  • Download or save course materials
  • Redistribute SimplyTajweed materials,
  • Use SimplyTajweed materials for paid teaching.

9. Schedule or Instructor Changes

We may change instructors or class times in rare circumstances. Lesson frequency remains the same. New schedules are set by SimplyTajweed Ltd, considering student availability, with final decisions resting with us.

 

10. Nature of ST+

ST+ is independent from the main SimplyTajweed course. It does not affect course progression or guarantee certification.

 

11. Legal & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. We prefer informal mediation and direct communication to resolve disputes; legal action is a last resort.
